User will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Montalli Group and its Affiliates and their licensors against any liabilities, damages, sanctions, fines, and costs arising from User’s use of the Site in violation of these terms.

Montalli Group may suspend or terminate User’s access to the Site at any time, if Montalli Group reasonably believes: (i) User has violated these Terms of Access; (ii) User’s account should be removed due to prolonged inactivity; (iii) to prevent damage to or disruption of the Site; (iv) Montalli Group’s provision of the Site is no longer commercially viable; and (v) to protect Montalli Group from potential liability, including compliance with applicable law. Montalli Group will make reasonable efforts to notify User by the email address associated with the user account.

Data Privacy

Such Data Processing Addendum(s), when applicable, are part of and governed by the Terms of Access as if set forth therein.
